Successful Mental Health Check up Camp in Meerut! 🌟

At Dr. Anurag Gupta's clinic in Meerut, we organized a Mental Health Check up Camp that exceeded expectations! We hypothesized that many attendees would show signs of depression, and the results confirmed our concerns.
Out of 86 individuals who took the PHQ-9 assessment, nearly 30% showed symptoms of moderate to severe depression. Dr. Anurag Gupta, a distinguished MD and MRCP (London) with over 30 years of medical practice, allowed us to conduct this camp at his esteemed clinic. During our discussion, Dr. Anurag Gupta shared that around a quarter of his patients are prescribed anti-depressants.
In further discussions with Dr. Neena Gupta,an expert in her field, corroborated similar trends. Both doctors' insights highlight the importance of addressing mental health concerns.
Here's the startling truth - many individuals use anti-depressants without a clear understanding of how to address the root problems. What's more concerning is the lack of recommendations to consult mental health professionals by most doctors.

In light of these findings, we're determined to conduct this camp every month to raise awareness and help those in need. Mental health matters, and we're committed to making a positive change for our patients' well-being.

Career Guidance and Mental Health Awareness Workshop organized by Trackboons at D.M.G Inter College Doorli, Meerut

To promote mental health and guide students in choosing career, Trackboons organized a workshop at D.M.G Inter College, Meerut. The workshop was organized under the leadership of Soni Jain, Psychologist, Career Counselor, Author and Trainer, around 800 students participated in the workshop. In this programme, important topics like “How to choose a career and how mental health problems can be reduced” were discussed. Riddhi Jain co-founder and Trackboons team members Dr. Baby Dalal, Aanchal Maheshwari, Rangoli Goyal and Aishwarya Yadav played an important role in making the program a success.

Children participated enthusiastically in the program and asked many questions. Psychological tests like Multiple Intelligence and Learning Style were made available to provide career guidance to the children in the right direction.
The initiative of the school's progressive Principal Dr. R.K. Singh is a commendable step towards the all-round development of children. The entire program was coordinated by Amit Chaturvedi Sir.

This workshop was organized under Project Sunshine which aims to encourage better mental health along with proper career selection.
This workshop is very important as many believe that mental pressure on children is continuously increasing and cases of suicide are being seen daily. Through such workshops, children's mental pressure can be reduced by guiding them in the right direction and They can be given a platform where they can express their views and share their problems with the counselor. Today many students came after the workshop and shared their problems, which is proof that children want to talk openly, they just need to be listened to.

These workshops provide the guidance and insight needed to make informed career decisions. We believe that every student should have the tools to navigate their future effectively.

On 29th April we conducted two back-to-back workshops at Navjyoti India Foundation,Delhi to educate students on career selection and the essential skills required for a successful career. We also held a dynamic session on Artificial Intelligence, which was well received by over 400 students and teachers. The second workshop was specifically dedicated to girls in grades 9 to 12, and the response was overwhelming. we believe that skill development and entrepreneurship are key to making India the top economy in the world. To this end, we initiated a skill development program by students, for students, which received a tremendous response. The students were very interactive and asked many questions of our Young facilitators Riddhi and Siddhi Jain. We plan to start more programs by students for students.

We welcome feedback and suggestions from the community on how we can better serve our students.

It's was a great experience working with esteemed Navjyoti India Foundation, Delhi, a initiative by kiran bedi Ma'am for the development and growth for the underprivileged kids.

We provided psychometric assessment to 400+ students and personalized and customied report for each Student according to their requirements. Got to learn different perspective and learnings from there.
Assesments are incomplete without proper guidance so what follows are the workshop that intregate both career counselling and mental health together to be delivered soon at Navjyoti Foundation.
This experience not only was one step closer to our mission but also had shown the enthusiasm and the sprit to do something big in their life by these children.

 
Success International School in Modi Puram, Meerut organized a crucial workshop for parents. The main objective of this workshop was to assist parents in understanding children's behaviour and fostering better relationships with them. Psychologist and career counsellor, Soni Jain, addressed the parents during the workshop, engaging in in-depth discussions on various issues related to children.
Key Points of the Workshop:
Understanding Changes in Children's Behaviour: Adolescence is a transitional period during which children undergo various physical, emotional, and social changes. Symptoms such as mood swings, rebellious behaviour, social withdrawal, and decreased interest in studies may manifest due to hormonal changes. The workshop provided parents with information about the specificities of adolescence and emphasized the need to understand these changes to build better connections with their children.
Effective Communication with Children: The workshop highlighted the importance of openly and effectively communicating with children. Parents were advised to actively listen to their children, understand their emotions, and guide them. Additionally, parents were encouraged to make children feel that they can trust them and seek help in any situation.
Impact of Mobile Phones and Social Media:  In today's digital age, the excessive use of mobile phones and social media has become a concern for children's mental health. The workshop educated parents on how excessive use can negatively affect children's mental well-being. Suggestions were provided to limit screen time and monitor children's online activities.
 Strategies to Increase Interest in Studies: The workshop also discussed effective strategies to increase children's interest in studies. Parents were advised to set goals with their children, appreciate their progress, and encourage them in their studies. Creating a conducive and calm environment for studying, free from distractions, was also recommended.
Commendable Initiative by School Management:
The organization of this workshop by the management of SUCCESS International School reflects a commendable initiative to focus on children's mental health and overall development. Workshops of this nature provide parents with valuable insights into understanding and guiding their children, contributing to a brighter future for the students.

Trackboons, along with Navjyoti India Foundation, Delhi took the initiative to empower the youth in Uttar Pradesh by skilling them with Ismile National Mahila (P.G) College, Meerut.

An important session to promote entrepreneurship among young women was organized yesterday in which more than 200 enthusiastic participants participated in the program which reflected their curiosity and yearning for opportunities. Dr. Vikas Tyagi from PIET College, who heads the Startup Cell, explained how one's favourite subjects and passion can be converted into an enterprise. Participants were motivated towards entrepreneurship through interactive activities. Our dedicated team encouraged students to move forward by answering questions asked on various topics. We believe that by inspiring and honing their skills, we can give the youth a better and secure future.

Those students who are eager to start their own venture will be given continuous guidance.
After the session, examination of the participants of Data Entry Skill Course was conducted. This program has been running in Ismail College for the last 55 days. Every effort will be made to provide placement to those students who perform well in the examination and practice sessions.

The Trackboons is working towards the mental health of adolescents and youth and their career guidance so that they can build a bright future by developing skills while staying healthy.

So excited to share that Trackboons career workshop at Radhe Shyam Morarka Saraswati Vidya Mandir was a blast! Students had a ton of fun playing games that helped them figure out what they're good at, what they like, and what kind of jobs might be a good fit for them.
 It was amazing to see them learn more about themselves! Knowing your strengths and interests is super important when choosing a career path.
But it wasn't just about jobs! We also talked about how to stay calm and positive while thinking about the future. Picking a career can be stressful, but we want to help students navigate it in a healthy way.
